Do I need to use QuickBooks?
It's our preferred platform — Stephanie is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor — but we can work in whatever your business is already using. If you don't have software yet, we'll help you choose.
How do you price ongoing bookkeeping?
Monthly engagements are scoped to transaction volume, number of accounts, and how clean your books currently are. We give you a flat monthly price up front so there are no surprises.
Can you take over a messy file?
Yes — that's a common starting point. We'll usually run a short clean-up project first to get the file to a known-good state, then move you onto a monthly schedule.
Do you do tax returns?
We are bookkeepers, not tax preparers. We work alongside your CPA (or refer you to one) and hand them a clean year-end package so the return is fast and accurate.
