Will you sit in on interviews? +

We can. Most owners want help structuring the interview, drafting questions, and reference-checking — and they prefer to be in the room themselves. We tailor.

How do you handle 1099 contractors? +

We collect W-9s at the start of the relationship, track payments throughout the year, and issue 1099s by the IRS deadline. We can also issue paychecks to 1099 contractors on a defined schedule.
