Common questions
QuickBooks Online or Desktop — which do you recommend?
For most small businesses today, QuickBooks Online. It's easier to share with your bookkeeper and CPA, and Intuit is investing heavily in it. There are still cases where Desktop is the right answer — we'll help you decide.
How long does setup take?
A clean new-business setup is usually 1–2 weeks. A clean-up of an existing file depends entirely on how messy the file is — we'll scope it after a 30-minute review of the file.
What does ProAdvisor mean?
It means Stephanie is certified by Intuit — has passed their training and demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks. It also means you get access to ProAdvisor pricing on QuickBooks subscriptions.
Will you train me, or just do it for me?
Both options exist. Most clients want training on the 5–6 things they'll actually do (creating an invoice, recording a deposit, running a P&L) and want us to handle everything else. We tailor the training to that.
