How do I get started?

Do you only work with businesses in Lorain County, Ohio?
No. We're based in Lorain County and work with local businesses in person, but most of our work is done remotely with clients across the United States.
Are you a CPA?
No. We're bookkeepers, not tax preparers. We work alongside your CPA (or refer you to one) and hand them a clean year-end package so the return is fast and accurate.
Can you take over a messy QuickBooks file?
Yes. Stephanie is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and clean-up is one of our most common starting projects. We'll usually do a one-time clean-up project before moving you to monthly bookkeeping.
How much does this cost?
Project work is flat-fee, quoted up front after a quick scoping call. Ongoing engagements are flat monthly. Based on your transaction volume and how clean your books are. No hourly billing surprises.
